The Hamilton Club is a private dining facility and bottle club located in Morris Run, Pennsylvania. The little town of Morris Run was created to support the Morris Run Coal Company which mined coal in the area starting in the mid 1800's. Morris Run is located at the northern end of the Allegheny Mountains near Blossburg, approximately 40 miles north of Williamsport, PA and 40 miles south of Elmira and Corning, NY.
The Hamilton Club was created in 1952 taking over the building that once was the home of the superintendent of the Morris Run Coal Company. The present owners, Lida and John Kaiser, have operated the club for 40 years. Lida is the head chef and continues to delight area residents with delicious home cooked food and warm hospitality. In addition, Lida, John and their two sons have worked hard to create garden areas that offer peaceful relaxation on warm summer evenings. The spacious grounds are ideal for outdoor weddings and receptions. Cooler evenings of fall and winter are often spent in front of a cozy fire in the dining room fireplace.
